How Do You Repair Composite Decking Which Has Been Damaged Slightly?Sat, 12 Dec 2009 23:05:13 GMT
I was stupid and put a hot metal object on a composite deck. The two fused together and after prying it off a small chunk about 1-2 inches was taken out of the deck and the area around was slightly blackened. The composite material looks like a compression of wood splinters and plastic of some sort. Is there any way to fix or fill the hole and clean off the blackened area? I honestly don't know what I was thinking but by the time I realized it was too late. I'd appreciate any help I could get.
