Need to re-roof after Hurricane Dolly. Not urgent as roof has been patched. Will the price of shingles come down due to the price of oil anytime soon? I could wait until summer at least. Hoping someone might have an answer. Thanks

I spilled oil based paint on my shingles and used paint thinner to remove it and now there is a wet mark where I used the paint thinner. What can I use to remove the paint thinner from the shingles.
